If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return Nantucket Silver jewelry items within 15 days of receipt of goods for full credit.
Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of E-stylez.com and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25%.
DO NOT return items in envelopes. Damaged envelopes will be returned to sender unopened.
Please use return form enclosed with your order and include a copy of the original invoice. Return items in original condition,
properly packaged and marked with item numbers to our address. Do not ship returns using UPS. Items damaged in transit during
return are the customers responsibility.
RING SIZES & ALTERATIONS
Women's ring sizes range generally from 5-9, Men's from 9-13. Whole sizes only are available. Some rings may vary up to 1/2 size
due to manufacturing tolerances. Sizing rings is at customers risk. Rings that have been sized will not be accepted for return.
Other items that have been altered (engraved, etc.) will not be accepted for return.
E-stylez.com does not size rings, we offer a range of WHOLE sizes.
E-stylez.com does not do any engraving on any of the items we sell.
CARE & CLEANING TIPS
To avoid tarnishing, wrap silver in tissue paper and store in poly bags with anti-tarnish strips. Use polishing cloth to buff silver.
Anti-tarnish polish may be used. Cleaning dip should only be used as a last resort. DO NOT dip pieces with stones, it may cause
damage to the stones.
Minimize exposure of silver to perfumes, hair sprays or household cleaners. Avoid wearing silver in pools, hot tubs or the ocean.
Some people may cause silver in contact with their skin to turn black, which may be difficult to clean.
